This boat is ready to sail.  It is clean inside and has a nice trailer, which was renovated this past summer.  The sails are in good condition and has a nice sail cover.  Roller furler.  Rigging lines are in good shape.

The outboard motor is a Tohatsu 5 hp:  propane.
